Founder: Nicolene Vermeulen

Nicolene Vermeulen began her career in 2008 as an apprentice at an architecture firm in Bloemfontein, where she developed a strong foundation in technical drawing and design principles. In 2009, she transitioned into engineering drafting as a junior drafter, gaining extensive experience in electrical, civil, and telecommunications projects. Her dedication and skill growth led her to advanced roles within the same engineering firm, and in 2016, she relocated to Pretoria to continue her professional journey.

Recognizing the global demand for remote drafting services, Nicolene founded Telco Offshoring RSA (TORSA) in 2020. Since then, she has successfully delivered high-quality drafting solutions to clients in South Africa and Australia, leveraging her expertise to provide cost-effective, standards-compliant, and scalable services for international projects.
